Since 1994, Jim has earned a reputation as a down-to-earth, trusted legal advisor to his clients. He has successfully obtained justice for well over 1,000 clients who were injured by the careless, negligent, and reckless behavior of others.

Jim is experienced in all types of personal injury cases, including:

Whether by a negotiated settlement, participating in mediation or arbitration, or, when necessary, at trial, Jim fights to ensure our clients receive compensation for all of their harms and losses - both economic and non-economic - and does not give up until he secures the best possible outcome.

In addition to his decades of experience representing injured people, Jim has been dedicated to public service.

He served as Stratford, Connecticut’s first Mayor from 2005-2009 and is a proud United States Army veteran, having served with the 82nd Airborne Division and 2nd Infantry Division.

Jim currently volunteers with Team Rubicon, a veteran-led humanitarian organization that serves global communities before, during, and after disasters and crises.

In his free time, Jim enjoys learning how to improve his chess and poker skills, watching the NFL, and spending time with his wife.
