Navigating Romance and Risk when Only “Yes Means Yes”
Attorney Maddox will speak about what the Affirmative Consent law means for high school and college students, parents and administrators. He will discuss Title IX and give an overview of campus sexual assault policies from various colleges and universities. This presentation will provide balanced information and instruction so that students can understand how to prevent being either victimized or accused while they still seek safe, respectful and meaningful interactions with their fellow students.
